On Site Owners has a core team that posses experience in practical construction knowledge and the technical ability to manage schedule, cost, resources, and documentation.  We have the capacity and flexibility to provide anything from a project management team to the supervision of 200+ direct hires depending on project needs.  OSO works from a wide labor pool that is skilled in boilermaker, civil, millwright, pipe, and structural activities.  We have executed projects in the cement, chemical, lime, paper, power, and steel industries.  OSO’s owners will be on the job site from the pre-planning stage through the start-up and commissioning of the plant.
